McKinley Naturals was created and named after Amy's granddaughter, McKinley - our biggest inspiration for creating all-natural, safe products!
How This Came To Be....
Amy has struggled with her skin for most of her adult life. After being diagnosed with Stage 3 Rosacea - it became her mission to understand how products affected her face and skin. Dermatological solutions that contained chemicals, acid, and alcohol did not work and were very painful. After numerous failed attempts with medication, she decided it was time to discover how all-natural products could help alleviate the noticeable changes in her face and skin - and most importantly, help her skin feel less painful. She started making her own products at home from scratch, based on the needs of her skin. The results were amazing and the pain in her skin decreased tremendously.
After years of research, trial, and error - sorting through what helps her skin (and of course - some fun self-care products too), Amy is hopeful that she can share these benefits and reach more people who are interested in all-natural skincare. Even if you have "normal," typical skin, with no current issues, these products can help you maintain that wonderful skin you're in! If you struggle with sensitive skin or other issues - our products might be able to give you the relief you have been hoping for and struggling to find.
