Retreat shower melts provide aromatherapy while you shower and dissolve as they infuse with water.

Retreat Shower Melts are available in 5 different aromatherapy scents:

~Headache
A blend of rosemary, peppermint, and chamomile essential oils.
Rosemary can help relax muscles and improve circulation. Peppermint helps alleviate headache pain with cooling and refreshing properties. Chamomile can aid in reducing stress with its relaxing and sedating properties.

~Wake Up
A blend of grapefruit, orange, and balsam fir essential oils.
Grapefruit, orange, and balsam fir oils are known to recharge the senses and provide a revitalizing mood.

~Relax
A blend of lavender and bergamot essential oils.
Lavender is known to promote a calm sense of being and alleviate stress. Bergamot aids in relaxing the nervous system, relieving tension, and stimulates the body to relax.

~Focus
A blend of rosemary and grapefruit essential oils.
Rosemary and grapefruit are known to encourage focus and alertness.

~Breathe
A blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, and lemon essential oils.
Peppermint and eucalyptus oils are natural decongestants that help ease breathing. Lemon is known to boost moods and alleviate anxiety.

Instructions: 
Place Retreat out of the direct water stream (too much water will dissolve Retreat in seconds).
Activate Retreat by wetting it with a few drops of water.
Inhale and take deep, slow breaths to inhale the essential oil benefits. 
~Retreat can be placed on the shower floor, soap tray, or mesh bag. Retreat will turn into a fragrant foam as it dissolves.
Enjoy Retreat outside of the shower by dissolving one bar in a bowl of hot water and inhale the essential oils.

Retreat is NOT a bath bomb and should not be used in the bath or for any form of skincare. They are used for aromatherapy application only.

~Retreat will last for 1-2 showers depending on the length of showers.
~Use within 12 months unopened.

Ingredients: Baking Soda, Food Grade Citric Acid, Sorbitan Oleate, Essential Oils

Store Retreat in a cool, dry area.
