Currently, we accept orders via email only and hope to offer ordering options here on our website soon!

How to Order

Please email orders to:

When you email your order to us, please be sure to include the following 6 things:

Your Name
Product Name
Quantity
Phone Number
Method of Payment
UserName
(if using Venmo or Paypal option)

(if we have any questions about your order, we will call or email you)

Please allow approximately one week for products (this may vary at certain times during the year)

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Venmo

PayPal
(Friends & Family option only)

Square Secure Card Payment (Credit/Debit Payment)

Payment is expected within two days of receiving your charge or invoice.

All orders are subject to the State of Vermont Sales and Use Tax of 6%. This tax will be applied to your order total when the charge/invoice is sent to the payment platform you choose.

If paying via Venmo/PayPal, we will send a charge for your order total to the username you provided in your order email.

If paying via Square, we will send an invoice to your email address with a link to pay for your products.

Delivery/Pick-Up

Once you have emailed us your order and paid in full, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will include an approximate date that your order will be ready (if your products are made to order, this may take longer). 

The order confirmation email you will receive will also ask you to respond with your available dates and times for the delivery or pick-up of your products. If your order includes any made to order products, a delivery/pick-up date and time must be determined before your products can be made, to ensure their freshness when they arrive to you.

We will make every attempt to accommodate your busy schedule so that it coincides with our staff's availability to meet you to either deliver your products or have you pick them up!

IMPORTANT:
Please do NOT leave your products exposed to the heat, in direct sunlight, or in your car after delivery or pick-up, as this will alter their natural state.
